IsthmusGames is an indie studio from Panama, the narrow strip of land that joins two continents and two oceans.

It began in the NES era. Our founder, born in 1987, picked up a controller around 1990 and never really put it down. More than thirty years later, we make the kind of games we grew up loving: easy to pick up, charming to look at, and full of small things to discover.

Our first game, Neighborhood Kitchen, is a cozy restaurant game. Arrange your café, keep the kitchen moving and turn it into the favorite spot on the block. It's in playtest now, so come try it and tell us what you think.

Neighborhood Kitchen 0.11.0: a kitchen and team with character

Grow nine crops in your kitchen garden, explore 47 recipes and choose what kind of café you want to run. Cook Greek, American Diner and German dishes on new cuisine stoves and dress your team in new Staff uniforms. Plan visits from 13 neighbors, host a gathering for six or eight, serve takeaway and let happy guests stay for coffee or dessert.
